HTET Result 2014
The Board of School Education Haryana conducted the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) 2014 on 1st and 2nd February 2014. Lakhs of candidates took the HTET examination. The test was in headlines for all the wrong reasons. Officials have decided to declare HTET results 2014. There were complaints in large number stating the examination centers were allotted at distant places. Also, the board had asked the students to bring two passport size colour photographs to the examination center for the photographs uploaded during registration were not of acceptable quality. It had also published the list of fee defaulters.
The test was conducted to select candidates for three levels given below as per the official notification. Now, the HTET result for 2014 exam has been announced by the officials. i) who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V (Primary Teacher) and fulfils the minimum qualification.
ii) Who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII (TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher) and fulfils the minimum qualification.
iii) Who intends to be a PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) and fulfils the minimum qualification.

Review and Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who score 60% marks, i.e. 90 out of 150 in the test shall be recognised as qualified. Though HTET qualified the candidates shall be treated as employable only if they satisfy the eligibility norms.
1. Eligibility for Level 1
The candidate must have passed the senior secondary examination and hold a diploma or degree in elementary education. Also, he/she require Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Sr. Secondary / Graduation / Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects.
2. Eligibility for Level 2
The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree and the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) to be eligible for employment at this level. Depending on the subject the candidate is interested to pursue his carrier other requirements may have to be fulfilled.
3. Eligibility for Level 3
For gaining eligibility to be employed at this level a candidate must be a post graduate in the respective discipline. Hindi must have been an opted subject at the Matric/ Sr. Secondary / Graduation / Post Graduation. A consistent good academic record is a must.
